OUR PROCESS
We make ordering your wedding invitations easy, convenient and personal. With everything on your plate, let us make this first step of wedding planning simple and fun!
PHASE ONE: EXPLORE!
Browse through our many base designs and choose one that you love! Not seeing "the one"? No problem! Contact us to custom design an invitation just for you!
Once you have selected a design, it's time to dress it up! Select one of our three packages: premium, classic or basic and add on any extras you may need including envelope addressing and/or extra insert cards. If you'd like a color combination not offered on our site please contact us and we would be happy to mount a sample in your requested colors and send you photos of what it would look like in your wedding colors.
Once you have everything selected and added to your cart, you can place your order!
If you'd like to see a sample before committing to a full order you can find an "order a sample" button on every product page.
PHASE TWO: DESIGN!
Once your order is placed, your personal designer will contact you via e-mail within 24 hours! They will discuss all of the information they need to complete your invitation suite and any additional details that you'd like added. Your first round of digital proofs will be sent to you via e-mail. Three rounds of revisions are included in the price of your invitations. Any additional revisions may be subjected to a $25 fee per round.
PHASE THREE: RELAX!
Once all of your proofs are exactly as you'd like them, colors are confirmed, and you are ready to move forward, you can finally relax! Your invitation will be taken into production and assembly. Once all of your handmade invitations are ready, they will be carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep.
