HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU WITH QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING?

PRICING

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your design after three rounds of revisions with your designer, you can request a full refund so long as we are notified before your order is approved for print.  Any fees charged for additional rounds of revisions will not be refunded.

 

IS THERE AN OPTION FOR A PAYMENT PLAN?

Please reach out to us at info@papersuiteinvitations.com if you wish to work with a payment plan.  We can work together in establishing a payment plan that works for us both!  We know things can add up quickly and wish to help you in any way we can.

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGER ORDERS?

Yes!  Enjoy 5% off all orders over $500, 10% off all orders over $750, and 15% off all orders over $1,000.  No code is necessary and all discounts will be visible at check out.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SUITE PACKAGES?

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO THE SUITE PACKAGES?

Absolutely!  You can add invitation and/or RSVP envelope addressing and any extra insert cards needed for your invitations on each product page.  If you wish to add something that you don't see please contact us to see if it's something we can offer!

  

BEFORE ORDERING

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?

Absolutely!  Each product page has a button below the product description where you can order a sample.

 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SAMPLE?

Generic customizations such as names, venues, dates and time can be customized when ordering a sample.  Please include this information in the notes before placing your order.  All final wording and specific details will be finalized after a full order is placed.  All backings, pocket folders, envelopes, belly bands and tag backings can be customized with your specific wedding colors!

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY SAMPLE?

Samples will be shipped out within 3 business days of orders being placed.  All samples are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and estimated but not guaranteed 1-3 days for shipping.  If you do not receive your sample within 14 days of placing your order please let us know and we will send out another sample asap!

  

PROCESS

HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY INVITATION?

Once your order is placed, one of our designers will contact you within 24 hours.  You will be working with your personal designer to ensure your invitation suite is worded and designed exactly as you'd like it.  

 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE WORDING TO INCLUDE SPECIAL DETAILS LIKE MEAL SELECTIONS ON THE RESPONSE CARD?

Absolutely!  You will work with your personal designer to finalize all wording and details to your liking.  Our designers are here to make your invitation custom to your event.  

 

HOW MANY REVISIONS CAN I MAKE?

Three rounds of revisions are included in your invitation pricing.  Any additional rounds may be subject to a $25 fee per round.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY INVITATIONS?

CAN I REQUEST A RUSH?

Contact us!  We can see if your rush order can be accommodated and we will let you know if/what the rush fee will be depending on your needed timeline.  Please contact us before placing your order.

 

ASSEMBLY

WILL MY INVITATIONS COME ASSEMBLED?

All of our suite packages will come fully assembled except for the sealing of the invitation envelope.

 

CAN I REQUEST MY INVITATIONS TO COME UNASSEMBLED?

If you wish for your invitations to come unassembled, please let your designer know before giving final approval of proofs. 

 

CAN ADDRESSING BE ADDED?

Yes!  Addressing options for both invitation envelopes and RSVP envelopes are available on each product page.

 

CAN POSTAGE STAMPS BE ADDED?  

We offer the addition of postage stamping on RSVP envelopes under "RSVP envelope options" on each product page.  The current USPS love/wedding forever stamp will be used.  You can contact your designer for an image of the current stamp.

Stamping of invitation envelopes however, is not available.  We strongly advise you take one fully assembled invitation to your local post office for accurate postage rates for your wedding invitations.
